This is how you rest well for a long time:
- You will rest best if mattress, slatted frame and neck support pillow are perfectly adapted to each other. Your specialist dealer will assist you with this.
- The perfect climate for healthy sleep and also for your mattress, slatted frame and all bedding is 16 - 18 °C, the ideal humidity at around 45 - 60%.
- Your mattress should be cleaned only occasionally with a soft brush. Vacuum-cleaning or beating is unnecessary. Also avoid direct sunlight.
- Air your mattress in winter more often and turn it regularly. Use a mattress cover between mattress and slatted frame.
- The slatted frame is easy to clean. Just wipe it every now and then with a damp cloth.
- Our products are designed for a long service life. Nevertheless, for hygienic reasons we would recommend the following acquisition intervals:
- Mattresses: 10 years
- Neck support pillows: approx. 4 - 5 years
- Slatted frames: about 10 years
