Our business has a lot to do with sleep but the people we deal with are wide awake.
Fey & Co. Schlafkomfort is a privately owned medium-sized company based in Emsdetten, Germany.
The staff, about 100 wide-awake people, knows a lot about healthy and restful sleep. Fey & Co. produces mattresses, slatted frames, neck support pillows and beanbags. With our label Box & Springs we are a leading provider of box-spring beds in Germany.
At Fey & Co. experience and innovation unite. Since 1926 the employees are committing their whole energy to help other people find a healthy and relaxing sleep. In addition to traditional craftsmanship, the company relies on the latest scientific findings, which are incorporated into product development.

History
| 1926 | The textile merchant Karl Fey founds an upholstery trade in Emsdetten. |

| 1928 | Rudolf Brinkmann joins the management. Beginning of the manufacturing of mattress covers. |
| 1938 | The production of bedding products starts. |
| 1963 | A major fire destroyed nearly the whole of the company's production facilities. |
| 1964 | Reconstruction of production |
| 1990 | Expansion to 10,000 square meters of production area and construction of an 1,800 square meters warehouse in the Berlin area. |
| 1998 | Meanwhile, the production area has been expanded to 14,200 square meters. In total there are now 16,000 square meters of production space. |
| 2001 | The company celebrates its 75th anniversary. |
